Returns & Exchange Policy

Please read our Returns and Exchanges Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and exchanges.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for damaged or defective products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Damage or defects must be reported with photographic evidence.
If approved, we will replace your product with a new item or one of equal value. Please note: Shipping costs for exchanges may apply.
To request an exchange, contact us at oliviumwellness@protonmail.com with your order details and evidence of the issue.
Returns
We only accept returns if the product arrives damaged or defective. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any other reasons. To initiate a return:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery at oliviumwellness@protonmail.com.
- Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect, along with your order number.
Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Please note:
- Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of approval.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. For damaged or defective items, we will provide an exchange or store credit in accordance with this policy.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Sale items
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
